   At Just Train, we know you’re the kind of person who wants to be physically fit. To get there, you need a motivating workout routine that’s right for you—workouts that lift and round your butt, flatten your stomach, relieve back pain, or help you reach whatever goals you have. Getting started is easy.

  • Click the Schedule a Consultation button and fill out the form. One of our personal trainers will contact you and schedule a one hour fitness assessment.​

  • During your assessment, we’ll review your exercise history, discuss any past or current injuries, and go over your fitness goals. We’ll also conduct a movement screen, do a body composition analysis if appropriate, and guide you through an appropriate , personalized workout.

  • From the information we gather, we’ll create a customized workout plan designed specifically for you, your goals and your lifestyle.
